Before you enter anything, you probably have questions. What is the prize? Who can enter? What happens if you win? We went through the Official Rules and the giveaway page for Reel Chance's LTB 25 giveaway and answered the practical ones below, in plain language.
Question 1What exactly is the prize?
One Grand Prize. The winner decides: take the 2025 Latitude Tournament Boats LTB 25, or choose $100,000 in cash. The Official Rules give the top approximate retail value as $200,000. It is one or the other, never both.
Question 2What is on the boat?
The giveaway page describes a 25 ft fiberglass center console with a large fishing layout and a saltwater washdown. It lists a 300 HP Mercury V8 Verado, a 180-gallon fuel tank and Seakeeper Ride vessel attitude control. The helm is fitted with a pair of Garmin 1243xsv displays, the Reactor 40 autopilot and a Garmin VHF radio.
Question 3Who can enter?
Legal residents of the United States or Canada who are at least 18, or who have reached the age of majority where they live, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor, the Administrator, their affiliates and agencies, and the immediate families and household members of those people are not eligible.
Question 4Can I enter without paying?
Yes. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. The free route is a hand-printed entry mailed in an envelope, and the Official Rules spell out what to include. One mail-in entry counts as 10 entries.
Question 5Does membership help my odds?
Membership comes with automatic entry into every Reel Chance giveaway while it is active, along with the other member benefits. But a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If you win: what the rules ask of the winner
A potential winner is reached by phone, email and/or USPS mail. To claim the Prize, the person must sign and return an eligibility affidavit within three days of the notice. A US winner may also be asked for an IRS W9 form, and the affidavit asks for a Social Security Number used only for tax reporting. A Canadian winner signs a Declaration of Compliance and must answer a math skill-testing question correctly, without any help.
On taxes, the Official Rules say the winner pays any local, state and federal taxes tied to the Prize. An accepted Prize counts as taxable income, and a US winner gets an IRS Form 1099. Once the Prize has been awarded, matters relating to it fall to the winner alone.

Common questions
Can I get both the boat and the cash?
No. It is one choice: the boat, or the cash.
Does a Canadian resident have to do anything extra if selected?
A Canadian potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, by mail or telephone. See the Official Rules.
Who runs the drawing?
The Administrator, American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., picks the potential winner at random. The Sponsor is ReelChance LLC.
How can I find out who won?
The Official Rules explain how to request the winner's first name, last initial, city and state. The request is due by December 12, 2026.
Can I swap the prize for something else?
Not by the winner. Only the Sponsor can make a substitution, and it must be a prize of equal or greater value.
